PCGI\Paradigm is pleased to announce that Faye Wankling, Senior Consultant, in conjunction with one of our clients (Lori Holuk Siddall from Manitoba eHealth) delivered a presentation at the Prosci Global Conference in Las Vegas. The presentation was entitled, "Establishing Change Management Competency: Past Lessons Learned and the Manitoba eHealth Journey".

The presentation considers the establishment of change management competency within organizations. Both the planned implementation of the Prosci methodology and sharing of lessons learned from mistakes made along the way will be highlighted.
